Terms:
6 and 12 month packages are for consecutive months & must start on a Monday with the latest date being 28th finishing on the same calendar day as the first day.

Full or first payment must be received within 7 days of booking start date.

Private Meeting room to be booked in advance, min 1 hour at a time & subject to availability, at £10 per hour (this may be included in your package)

Monthly FREE networking meetings with Small Business Collective at Fine Toad, normally first Thursday of the month 6-8pm, including refreshments

Clear desk policy applies - normally, your desk, valuables, laptops etc must be cleared from Fine Toad each evening.

No cancellations - your commitment is for the full duration booked and an invoice of for the full remaining term will be sent with payment due within 14 in the event of non-payment/direct debit failure/cancellation.

A permanent, dedicated desk for you for 6 or 12 calendar months

Substitutes allowed - a person from the booker’s household or business can use your booking in your place

FREE 3 hours private meeting room hire per week (normally £10 per hour)

Marketing 1: Add your business information (up to A5 size) to our marketing table which is out permanently and at monthly networking events (eves) and markets (Sat)

Marketing 2: Your professional marketing and promotion materials may be left on your dedicated desk as well, when a clear room is not required, subject to evening / weekend hires
