FineToad is ONE!
It has been over a year since Eleanor got the keys to 35 Chipstead Valley Road, Coulsdon.
Having cleared, removed walls, a derelict toilet, boiler, shower-room a lot of damp proofing was done, new aircon/heating and circulation system installed, a new kitchenette, accessible toilets and carpet has made it what it is now. Fully useable and functional, we opened for co-working on 6 Jan 2025.
We now host regular networking, community yoga classes, community strength and stillness classes, co-working days and of course our co-working space has had many bookings, regular and ad-hoc for daily desks as well as private room bookings for 121s and small meetings.
We were a stop on the Coulsdon Easter Trail this year, will be on the Halloween trail and rumour has it, Santa’s Grotto for Yuletide Magic on 6 December 2025!
We started hosting indoor markets in August and these have gone well, with our next being for Young Entrpreneurs on Sat 1st November 2025 so if you know any budding business youngsters, tell them, or pop along to support. The next market will be after Yuletide Magic on Saturday, 13th December.
